Manuscript Submission and Review Process
To ensure the quality of research methodology and underlying arguments, all manuscripts undergo a meticulous and completely impartial peer-review process. This journal is committed to the highest standards of expert review. Upon submission of the manuscript draft via the journal management system, the article is initially evaluated based on the principles of publication and formatting guidelines, which typically takes up to one week. Authors are requested to carefully study the "Author Guidelines" section and strictly align their manuscripts with the formatting instructions before submission to expedite the review process. If the manuscript is approved in the first stage, it will then be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief.
Upon receipt of the manuscript, the corresponding author will be notified and will receive a registration number along with the name and email address of the academic editor overseeing the review. Following this stage, authors should track the progress of the review process solely through the Editor-in-Chief. The manuscript will be sent to a review board consisting of at least two referees, and the minimum time to receive feedback from the board is four weeks after submission. The manuscript may be accepted with minor or major revisions, or it may be rejected entirely. If the reviewers decide on a revision, authors will be asked to address the referees' comments. A subsequent round of expert review may be required. Following final acceptance, authors must provide the final version of the manuscript with appropriate layout; the text must be submitted as a "WORD doc." file rather than a "pdf," and tables should be provided as "Excel" files, which are then sent to the Editor-in-Chief. The corresponding author will be notified once the article is published in the journal. Finally, prior to the final printing, a single "pdf" galley proof will be sent to the corresponding author. This version must be carefully corrected and returned to the Editor-in-Chief within two working days.
