The History of Villages and Rural Settlements in Iran and Islam

The journal History of Villages and Rural Settlement in Iran and  Islam is published by Imam Khomeini International University. It obtained its official publication license from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of the Islamic Republic of Iran on  22 August 2022.

The journal provides an academic platform for researchers to publish their findings on the historical, social, economic, political, and cultural dimensions of rural life across Iran and the Islamic world through an Open Access policy.

The journal has achieved Scientific Grade "B" in the 2024 (1403) evaluation by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran
