The Village Culture House was one of the institutions that was established during the Pahlavi period, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agrarian Reform and Rural Cooperation, to improve the living standards of the villagers, improve the country and strengthen the sense of social responsibility in most cities of Iran. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the performance of the village culture house during the Pahlavi period during the years 1968-1978 AD. It focuses on the villages of Isfahan. This research, which was carried out with a descriptive-analytical method and based on documentary sources, seeks to answer the question, what was the function of Isfahan Rural Culture House and in which evaluation committee was it more successful? The findings of the research indicate that this institution was effective in improving the living standards of the villagers by forming committees in cultural, social, educational and sports fields in the villages of Isfahan. However, compared to other committees, the physical education and healthy recreation committee, in order to provide the necessary facilities and infrastructure, discovered and nurtured the sports talent of the villagers and was able to win many honors in various sports fields.

One of the problems of the contemporary history of Iran was the widespread famine crisis in the late Pahlavi period until the early period of Mohammad Reza Shah. The coincidence of this phenomenon with World War II and the occupation of the country by the Allies added to the severity of this crisis. This issue seems to be more serious in the southern regions of Iran. What has received less attention in this field is the examination of rural life in the midst of this crisis. This research seeks to describe the conditions of Bushehr villages during the considered famine period, investigate the measures taken and the consequences of the said crisis. This research has been done using descriptive-analytical method and using written sources, archival documents and press. The results of this research show that most of the villages in the mentioned areas in the Persian Gulf region have been involved in this crisis. Meanwhile, the actions of the central government and local administrators sheriffs and Khans could not control this crisis. Because of this, many deaths, widespread insecurity, and finally the massive migration of rural people to the big cities of that period were among the results of this crisis.

The requirements of marine life, along with the special geographical situation of the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf, are a special type of seasonal village life, and local people from different parts of the Persian Gulf and only for economic purposes in a certain part of the pearl fishing season, etc., gathered in the southeast of the Persian Gulf. Gem attracts more than 200 thousand people every year. Since the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf (United Arab Emirates), the most important pearl fishing ground in the world, has not been able to live permanently, this has been the reason for the temporary settlement based on the Iranian bureaucracy. Although non-Iranian researchers raise the issue in a different way, paying attention to the fact that some of the most important permanent and modern cities have had a seasonal village, prompts the researcher to investigate the nature of this type of marine life and Invistigate why the creation and end of this marine lifestyle. Thus, this research seeks to answer the basic question with an analytical method and based on some historical evidence of this period, what were the determining factors of the formation of seasonal villages in the southeast of the Persian Gulf and what kind of life was influenced by the new and changing historical conditions. Has it been the prevailing assumption is that the economic needs and livelihood of the people in both the formation and the end of this type of rural lifestyle during the rule of the economic patterns caused by the oil era were effective?
